About The Korea Pulse
The Korea Pulse publishes English-language analysis of Korea’s economy, financial markets, corporate activity, and public policy for a global audience of investors, analysts, and Korea-focused readers who do not read Korean.
What we cover
We track developments across Korean markets and industry — equities, currency and monetary policy, semiconductors and biotech, real estate, and government economic policy — and explain what they mean, not just what happened.
How our articles are made
Each article synthesizes information from multiple original Korean-language sources — company disclosures, regulatory filings, government releases, and market data — into a single analytical piece. We do not translate or republish any single source article; every piece is an original synthesis written from several sources at once.
We use AI-assisted drafting tools as part of our production process. Every article is reviewed and approved by a human editor before publication. No article is published automatically or without human sign-off. As our editorial process matures, some review steps may become more automated, but human oversight of what gets published remains a fixed part of how we operate.
