Korea’s DART Logged 3,746 Filings Across 435 Types in Week 44

South Korea’s DART system received 3,746 filings across 435 disclosure types in 2026’s week 44. Reports on executives’ and major shareholders’ securities holdings were the largest category, with 286 filings. The five most common types together accounted for 1,127 submissions, or 30.09% of the weekly total.
Ownership and securities filings led the count
After the 286 reports on executives’ and major shareholders’ holdings came 220 material event reports, 217 securities issuance results reports, 209 prospectuses and 195 reports on large shareholdings. The figures show where filing volume was concentrated; they do not measure the financial significance of individual disclosures.
Asset managers topped the filer list
Korea Investment Management submitted 97 filings, followed by Samsung Asset Management with 83, Hana Asset Management with 64 and Mirae Asset Management with 57. Kyobo Securities ranked fifth with 55. Together, these five filers submitted 356 reports, representing 9.5% of all filings that week.
