Korea’s Weekly DART Filings Total 2,705 Across 252 Types

South Korea’s DART system received 2,705 filings across 252 document types in week 43 of 2026. Reports on securities ownership and documents related to securities issuance accounted for much of the busiest filing categories.
Ownership reports lead the count
Reports by executives and major shareholders on their holdings of specified securities were the largest category, with 269 filings. Securities issuance results reports followed at 200, while reports on large holdings of shares totaled 191.
Investment prospectuses accounted for 188 filings, and supplemental documents for shelf registrations added 167. Together, these five categories made up 1,015 filings, or about 38% of the weekly total.
Asset managers and brokerages submit the most
Samsung Asset Management filed 56 documents, the highest count for any submitter. Kiwoom Investment Management and Kyobo Securities each filed 50, followed by Hanwha Investment & Securities and Hana Securities with 34 apiece.
Filing volume shows where disclosure activity was concentrated, but it does not measure the value of transactions or their effect on investors.
