Shareholding Reports Lead Korea’s 3,898 DART Filings in Week 40

Korea’s DART disclosure system received 3,898 filings across 352 types in week 40 of 2026. Reports on major shareholdings were the largest category, while asset managers and securities firms led the list of submitters by filing count.
Ownership reports set the pace
Reports on large holdings of shares and other securities accounted for 380 filings. A separate category covering securities ownership by executives and major shareholders added 262. Together, those two categories made up 642 filings, or about one in six for the week.
Filings on goods and services transactions with affiliates under the same controlling person followed at 236. Investment prospectuses numbered 205, and reports on major corporate matters numbered 202.
The busiest submitters
Samsung Asset Management filed 85 reports, the most of any submitter. Korea Investment Trust Management followed with 48, ahead of Kyobo Securities with 46, Hanwha Investment & Securities with 40, and Hana Securities with 39.
The counts show where disclosure activity was concentrated, but filing volume alone does not indicate the financial significance of any individual announcement.
